The usual paths
don't work for you.
Don't learn to code.
Learn to direct.

DIY builders eat your weekends and still look generic. Hiring takes months, costs thousands, and means explaining your own voice to a stranger. "When things slow down" never comes. Here, you sit in the creative director's seat: you describe what you want, AI builds it, and Lupe and Susan help you move fast. By Sunday afternoon, your site is live.

Two days. Live by Sunday.

A short guide: answer a few clarity questions, gather your bio and photos, build a mood board, buy your domain. The more you bring, the more you build.

Your draft
is waiting

Lupe builds a draft site for every woman before the weekend. You walk in and see something with your name on it — already alive.

SATURDAY · 9–4
03
Build day

You refine, respond, and direct. "More minimal." "Add a speaking page." AI updates in real time. By end of day you deploy your first live URL.

SUNDAY · 9–1

Fix what you noticed overnight. Mobile check. Domain connected. Final QA — everything tightened and ready.

SUNDAY · NOON

You go
live.

Every woman publishes. The group sees it on the internet together. You drive home with a live website.

WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH

You leave with the real thing. Not a draft.

A live, published site

Your name on a real URL — built, hosted, and yours to keep.

Copy that sounds like you

Not a template, not AI-speak. Your voice, your message, your words.

The skill to keep it current

Update your site yourself, in plain language, without a developer. Ever.

Clarity on your brand

Two days of focused work and coaching sharpen how you talk about what you do.

Your domain connected

You leave Sunday with a live URL — not a file on your desktop.

THE FORMAT

Two days. San Francisco. 10 women.

An intimate retreat inside The Hivery in San Francisco. Ten participants, two facilitators, and the kind of focused quiet that real work needs.

QUESTIONS

Before you apply

No. That's the point. You direct; AI builds. Lupe and Susan are there to help you move through any technical moment without getting stuck.

We'll send a prework guide 2–3 weeks before: answer a few clarity questions, build a mood board, write your bio, gather 3–5 professional photos, and buy your domain (~$15 on Namecheap). The more prepared you arrive, the more you build.

This was built for you. Most participants have never touched code. You'll never need to.

Full facilitation by Lupe and Susan across both days, a draft site built for you before the weekend, lunch and snacks both days, and a published website that's yours to keep. Domain (~$15/yr) and hosting (free on Netlify) are the only ongoing costs.

You go back to AI, describe the change in plain language — "update my bio" or "add a speaking page" — and it generates the new version. You drag it into Netlify. Done. No developer needed, ever.

10 participants maximum. Two facilitators. It's intentionally small so everyone gets real attention.

You don't leave with notes. You leave with a live website. Every decision about how the weekend runs is designed to protect that outcome.

[ Placeholder — add a link or screenshot after the first cohort. ]

10 spots. Apply for one.

This is a small program by design. When a spot opens, it goes to someone who's ready to use it. If you've been waiting for the right moment to get your website done — this is a pretty good one.

Hook this up to your form provider. No data is sent yet.
